Dean Scott is the Retail Operations Manager at Sealand. He is in charge of all things retail and direct-to-consumer sales related. He manages the Distribution Centre team and ensures that finished stock is managed, dispatched and sold throughout the supply chain.
His day at work normally starts with a cup of coffee at the lovely outdoor office located in the garden area of the Hout Bay Campus. He enjoys people and interacting with colleagues, staff and customers. He is generally running around somewhere as opposed to at his desk. He loves the Sealand brand and what it stands for and is super proud to be part of it!
He loves the ocean and is an avid longboarder. Any chance that he gets he’ll be in the ocean somewhere up the West Coast where he lives. He also enjoys running - nowadays a lot shorter distances than in the past. He and his wife love cooking and braaiing good food together and spend a lot of their spare time enjoying and researching good recipes to try.
