Industry: Lifestyle, specifically, upcycled & recycled bags & apparel

Our Purpose: Together, we are the creative minds and fabrication specialists behind Sealand Gear, bringing inspired design in upcycled material texture combinations from the drawing board to the rack. Sealand creates environmentally smart high-end Bags, Accessories and Apparel. We reuse the structural properties and textures of waste material in a new context while mitigating the generation of waste and promoting sustainability. We try to play our part for the environment and by supporting us you do too.

Our Organisational Structure: Small startup up culture of a CEO and a Creative Director, followed by a group of Leaders that look after each department, namely Sales, Design, Retail, Marketing, Production & Stock. We then have a full studio crew that hand makes all our products in house.

• Supporting the Operations Director on all ongoing projects
• System support: manage various systems that relate to the operations of Sealand from the Design department, Production department and other operational areas within the company.
• Manage the orders coming in and out from suppliers and outsource partners.
• Assist with managing all moving parts of Special Projects: BOM, a link between the Sales Team, the Design Team and Production.
• Assist with all supplier orders: POs, Delivery Notes, tracking, invoicing and delivery/collections.
• Production team admin support
