Precious is a Machinist at Sealand. She started her sewing journey back in her home country of Zimbabwe where she made clothes in a small retail shop. She decided to immigrate to Johannesburg, South Africa, and continue her sewing journey there. She has a background in South Africa making different types of garments such as jackets and even wedding garments.
In 2020, during the Covid19 pandemic, she was retrenched. In early 2022 she decided to move to Cape Town and this is what brought her to Sealand.
When the working day is done, she loves to go home and cook whilst listening to music. Her dream is to open her own sewing business back home in Zimbabwe.
